*Mid Sound is a community non-profit dedicated to on-the-ground restoration of streams and near-shore habitat so that salmon and people can thrive. Mid Sound acquired grant funding for this project and is assisting with outreach to discover the hopes and dreams of the Lake City community for the project site. Facet is conducting site characteristic studies and technical stream design to reconnect Thornton Creek to its floodplain and is assisting with community outreach and technical park design based on community feedback.
